ESG principles at PAYSTRAX
Striving towards a globally sustainable financial system.
Our ESG strategy
We are committed to responsible business practices, and in 2022, we officially became a member of the United Nations Global Compact initiative. We actively strive to integrate its principles into our daily operations, fostering sustainability, ethical conduct, and social responsibility throughout our organisation.
Our UN Global profileKey pillars
Following an in-house UN Global training, our team at PAYSTRAX decided to focus on three key SDGs: Good health and Wellbeing, Quality education, and Climate action.
OUR STEPS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Good health and wellbeing
At PAYSTRAX we organise various health check-ups at our offices to help our employees to stay up to date with their health. We also offer private health insurance that covers a mental health plan for our employees’ wellbeing. To stay healthy and feel good we encourage everyone to participate in various sports events organised by outside organisations in line with in-house sport-related challenges, such as walking.
OUR STEPS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Quality education
We deeply encourage personal and professional growth of our employees at PAYSTRAX. We offer various in-house training sessions to deepen the knowledge about the company, its processes and different fields. Our specialists often participate in seminars and conferences to update their knowledge with the latest industry news. Each year all offices gather for more personal development training.
OUR STEPS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Climate action
At PAYSTRAX, we take our company's environmental impact responsibly. Since our establishment, we have been committed to becoming a paperless company, with paper accounting for only 0.04% of all our procurement. Starting in 2022, we conduct annual carbon footprint calculations to guide our efforts in reducing our environmental impact as part of our company's sustainability strategy.
