How do I apply for a merchant account?

To apply for a merchant account, you need to fill out the form on our website. The form can be found here.

Can I integrate your systems with my existing POS system?

Yes. If you already have your own POS system, you need to check if it supports integration with PAYSTRAX. If it’s possible, we will provide you with all the instructions needed for integration.

What types of cards can be accepted?

With PAYSTRAX you can accept all Visa and Mastercard cards. Additionally, you can accept alternative payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as any of the 300 alternative payment methods upon demand.

When will I receive my settlement funds?

Settlement funds payouts are agreed with each merchant individually. They can be paid out daily, weekly or monthly.

Can I use more than one card acquirer?

Yes, it’s possible for merchants to use more than one card acquirer simultaneously. This set-up, known as a multi-acquirer strategy, can offer benefits such as increased redundancy, improved transaction success rates and access to different payment methods.

In what countries do PAYSTRAX services work?

We hold PI licence issued by the Bank of Lithuania and FCA Payment Institution licence that allows us to service merchants in all EU and EEA countries including UK.
