As our office in Vilnius fills with payment acquiring specialists, we are excited to share news of our continued expansion into other cities in Lithuania. We are delighted to announce that in May we relocated to larger premises in Klaipeda, marking another milestone in our growth journey.

The Fintech environment in Klaipeda is developing quickly. More and more companies are trying to reach qualified Fintech specialist and Klaipeda is becoming one of the hotspots for that. Variety of educational systems that prepare competent candidates for a lot of companies offers a great environment for PAYSTRAX growth. And opening an office there allows us to become a prospective employer amongst other Fintech companies.
PAYSTRAX focuses on hiring talents who have a desire to learn and grow in the field of payment acquiring because this is not the subject that is taught in educational institutions. But despite that, Klaipeda has a lot of other great programmes to train good specialists with a lot of knowledge and motivation. Looking ahead to the future, we are planning to concentrate more on different educational institutions in Klaipeda and collaborate with them on educating students about payment processing operations.
Office expansion in Klaipeda
Klaipeda has a lot of different office places to offer for business. At first, we started working in a co-working space at Lighthouse with only few of our specialists. As our company continues to grow, the demand for larger office has increased significantly. Since the beginning of May, we have successfully relocated to our new office, which has 30 workspaces in the same location. It is worth mentioning that by the middle of summer, we have nearly filled all available spaces, showcasing the rapid expansion of our team. Looking ahead, we are excited to share our plans to double the headcount in Klaipeda within the upcoming year.
After moving our office to Klaipeda, we realised that there are qualified employees located outside of the capital. Vilnius’ rapid growth in the Fintech field demonstrates the potential for other cities in Lithuania to achieve similar success with effective innovation plans.
