Are there any restrictions on the types of products or services that can be onboarded?

Some of the businesses that we don’t onboard include (but are not limited to) sale or purchase of illegal goods or services, lifetime subscriptions, any product that presents a risk to consumers’ safety, cash advances (except regulated financial institutions, which are acceptable), cyberlockers, downloads that are illegal due to licence violations, malware and other. If you are unsure about your service or product, fill out the form here and we will answer as soon as possible.

Can I use my existing merchant ID (MID) or do I need a new one during onboarding?

No, we will have to issue you a new MID number.

What documents do I need to provide to start onboarding?

During the onboarding from legal entity, we’ll require you to provide a Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Association, Company Registrar Extract, utility bill, rent bill, bank statement, etc. From natural person we’ll ask for a government-issued identity document, utility bill, rent bill, bank statement, etc. The number of documents requested will depend on the complexity of the company structure and our ability to sufficiently identify/verify the company and related persons.

How long does the onboarding take?

The onboarding usually takes up to a few days, depending on the business type. More complex or higher risk merchant onboarding can take longer. To ensure quick onboarding all the requested information needs to be provided in the application.
