Are there any limits on transaction amounts?
The limitations are set during the onboarding process. If a transaction amount exceeds set limits, it can be increased if approved by our risk management team.
Can I customise my transaction reports to track specific metrics or data?
Yes, you can track the full transaction cycle, including fraud and disputes information.
Will I get a transaction history report?
Yes. You can filter the report based on your preferences, as well as extract it in your preferred file formats.
Can I track transactions in real time?
Yes. All the information on the transactions can be found in BIP (Business Intelligence Portal) where you can access real-time information about authorised and rejected transactions.
